I intend to make a proper maintainer interface, where lib and non-user/*
packages can be managed. Maintainers should then be able to what

Yeah, so that is what maintainers should be able to do. Push the package
themselves. We of course need to see how that will be implemented and how
to add the trust factor or peer reviewing.

Authors of a package should be able to remove their old packages
themselves in an ideal world. I think we need to work towards that. It
should at least be easier than mail Jeremiah or Niels.
