[maemo-community] 'Public Domain' license

I don't expect Nokia to release anything to the public domain since no
matter how open the licenses are, copyrights are still important.

I don't expect Nokia having any problem with software in maemo.org being
under public domain. I wonder if the developers doing so are aware of
the implications, though.
