Sure I'm interested and will add myself.

My proposal here is certainly overarching and touches on many other activites.  I think of this proposed working group as a metagroup.

Note that the feedback mechanisms would be 100% optional and under the user's control as to when/how they are enabled.  The whole idea here is to make things easier for proactive users without getting too much in their way.  We can't force anyone to participate of course so the idea here is to bring on board those users who are inclined to offer feedback but are put off by the current disconnects and complexities.
