[maemo-community] Encouragement to council candidates

Of course, as representatives of the Maemo community, the incoming
Maemo Community Council will be instrumental in deciding on if, when
and how such a transition occurred.

Indeed. With only 3 candidates so far, my reading of the rules is that
there won't even *be* an election; they'll just get the job:

Could've been worse - with only 2 candidates, there wouldn't even be a council.
