[maemo-community] Council nomination: Tim Samoff

Tim has been a member of two of the previous 3 councils. He is a hard
working member of the Maemo community and I've valued working with him
every time I have. He is logical, intelligent, conciliatory and
enthusiastic - the perfect attributes for a member of the council.

His long term involvement in Maemo shows that you don't have to be a
developer to contribute and this message is something which should be
carried loud and proud by the Council.
