I know that the Linux Outlaws record the audio locally, but only for the two show hosts, guests are recorded directly from Skype. This makes the organization a bit easier, because the interviewee only needs a Skype client (any Maemo device on WIFI should be enough if they have a Skype account). Just record and release some initial episodes and tweak the audio setup later. There have been too many plans for Maemo-related podcasts that have been drowned in endless discussions that resulted in nothing. Uploading OGG/MP3 files to a server and creating an RSS feed isn't rocket science. You can add the tooling later :) The same is true for all the "extras" (Twitter feedback, etc..). An IRC channel could be enough for the beginning. HTH. Thomas
