Ideas are very welcome from anyone in the community to increase
turnout: show the council to be more relevant over the 6 month term?
increased advertising? follow-up mailshots to remind people to vote?

"Increased turnout" is a laudable goal, but specific suggestions on
how to do it are welcome.
