[maemo-community] List of current nominees & declarations

Hi all,

I have put the list of current council nominees (and the status of their
nomination, in the case of those who are not self-nominated) and the
reasons they gave during their nominations in the wiki.

Candidates, if you want to make a proper "Candidate Declaration" other
than this text, please do so on the list, I'll update.
