Can I suggest doing a hand-over similar to the GNOME Foundation board?
They have a meeting with members of old & new boards, with the first
half basically the old board giving status reports & handing over action
items, and the second half being the new board setting priorities with
the new board pitching in with advice based on experience.

Also, I'd suggest a status update meeting & "getting to know you"
meeting with Nokia representatives (Quim & Tero, presumably) sometime in
the next two weeks, and a sprint meeting with the Maemo staff in the
first half of October.

Cheers,
Dave.
