[maemo-community] Should there be a Community Fund to provide a war chest?

A practical aspect: I suggest to avoid PayPal due to its so-so
reputation; Debian is using SPI Inc. and FFIS (and some smaller
organisations) as a legal and money-receiving umbrella, maybe that
would be a good way for maemo too, should it be needed.
