[maemo-community] Community OBS

In my opinion that would be great news. Cooperating with other projects
will help to prevent Maemo 5 disappearing and having all these projects as
different targets in the same builder will encourage developers to provide
ports for all of them.

Would also be possible to add a Maemo 4 target to the OBS? (even if that
needs to be done at a second step would help those developers that are yet
maintaining applications for both Diablo and Fremantle).
