Sorry for fragmented reply, it seems that I've had delay in receiving latest digest. Anyway, I agree totally with Graham, Andrew and Robert - if there is a way for licensing that doesn't involve legal entity - and proofs are out in the wild, that there is - we could and should exhaust those first.

I hope that Nokia would agree, as it doesn't hurt either side. On the other hand, not allowing hurt - especially the "trust" factor.
