I'd like to know if the timeline can be relaxed a bit, and also the number of devices. The Competition has a clear process (although it could be tweaked), and maemo.org can handle prizes for contributors. I'm not sure how Nokia Store & Qt5 would work, but what help would you want from maemo.org community for those - just to promote?
