[maemo-community] By-Laws for Hildonfoundation

would it be possible to add to the by-laws referendum a question along the
line of

+ do you grant the current council mandate to become directorate of
foundation and inherent elevated powers?

if the majority says yes (and the by-laws are accepted, of course) the
Council carries on.
the alternatives can be sorted out if / when we encounter them... 8-)
