[maemo-community] Last Call for Council Nominations And Bylaw Review

Hi,

If there are no candidates, thr election period is eztended by a month. If there are still insufficient candidates, it's up to the outgoong council and the Nokia Community Manager (assuming we still have one) to decide how to proceed. At that point they can do anything they want.

i'm not sure whether the absence of candidates is a proof of disinterest.
it could also be that members are somehow scared of the uncertainty around
Maemo / MeeGo, right now?

if that's any help, i'm willing to step up and assist the Council more with
whatever errands are needed.
i'm not a dev, thus don't expect me to maintain packages / repositories or
that kind of stuff :-\
