[maemo-community] Self Nomination Upcoming Elections

There are elections for Maemo Community Council and Hildon Foundation
Council.

I'd suggest that S. Howard's self-nomination be noted for Hildon Foundation
Council. He may have thought there was an election for Hildon Board of
Directors so he should say if he was only interested in that rather than
Hildon Foundation Council.

I'd like to see statements as well - especially for Hildon Foundation
Council where there is an opportunity for hard reset of membership
process/criteria and/or election criteria.
