</div>Sorry, too late. The process has been being discussed for weeks on the<br>
wiki: that was the time and place for discussions. Now it's<br>
implementing the agreed plan of having a distinguished, competent,<br>
expert panel of judges choosing the winner (after input and discussion<br>
within the community).<br>

Whether the judges recognise said debate and discussion is up to them.<br>
