</div>This idea has popped up in 2005 already. Inside Nokia a few of us were<br>
talking of a "maemo board" or "maemo steering group" that would have<br>
included members outside of the company as well. We were way ahead of<br>
the times. The community is now mature enough to have this council. I<br>
wish the best for them!<br>
