</div>Yes but we have 5 positions so I'd like to select 5 people and see all<br>
of them in the council and only then think like this for 6th position.<br>
Actually I'm not sure if proportional or any other method would make any<br>
real difference in the results but still I have this (possibly wrong)<br>
feeling and my mind cannot wrap around this concept of having one vote<br>
for selecting 5 preferred people :-)<br>
