Is it in any way possible that we could make use of the Nokia Pilots bug reporting framework?  It is extremely well-endowed (:D) and from personal experience I can say it covers our immediate needs and then some.<br />
<br />
Ideally, I could see merit in replicating the entire structure exactl;y and then simply not using what we don't immediately need, enabling additional functionality as needed.  An added bonus is that if Nokia ever decided to (and I think they should) draw from our Bugzilla data to support internal needs, it would be extremely easy.<br />
