* Furthermore juiceme is prepared to start the voting machine for the election.

* Wiki pages are set up and up-to-date. A huge thanks to sixwheeledbeast (for setting up) and also RzR (for filling).

* RzR announced contemplation period on tmo and peterleinchen on mo (news/announcement) and mailing list.

* There was a discussion about advertising Maemo e.V. membership during current election period. Board should contact candidates and ask about their plans/concerns regarding Maemo e.V.

* All candidates will be invited to join #maemo-meeting channel to hold a "talk". And kindly remembered to declare themselves on wiki and also on tmo.

<br>Topic (HiFo board elections):

<br>

* HiFo board elections are overdue (once a year). Current members are: Jaffa, GeneralAntilles, chem|st and Win7Mac.

* As council is in charge to announce election, current board just continues. And should do so until the transfer from HiFo to Maemo e.V. has been done.

<br>

<br>Topic (IRC, maemo e.V., Miscellaneous):

<br>

* No news from GeneralAntilles regarding the IRC chan op situation.

* The action item "sub pages on m.o for e.V." was deleted as we do have dedicated e.V. pages on the wiki.

* A coding competition -to be organized by next council- was mentioned. Short discussion about devices/prices/donations.

* Furthermore the still misleading "donate banner". Due to the still not created bank account, nothing was done here up to now.

* The list of Maemo e.V. members might be published, stripped down to show only nicknames. To be confirmed later.

* The selected Code of Conduct (KDE) still needs to be published on mo.
