I have used gtkhtml-3.0 before in GPE. There everything was working fine
(except that it had a pretty large footprint) I have some trimmed down gtkhtml
 sourc here : http://stag.mind.be/gpe-helpviewer.html. Mainly I reduced the
dependencies in this one.
