I totally agree =-)
I guess that OMAP has no bottleneck on its graphics 
(am I wrong?), so no bus problems with that stream of
data =-)

also, if the user is watching a fullscreen video, no
other application will use the video at the same
time.(obvious for fullscreen, but no so obvious for
windowed playback, were a task bar can host
processing-intensive little widgets what can mess up
with the video bus if enough refreshing is needed)
