Oh, I should check that possible bug.

The idea of the library is IMHO to show you your "library" of the books
you are curently reading. Books that are currently not present in the
device (storage card remove, etc) will not be shown. Along with the book
information also the bookmark information is stored.
So yes, you have to get used to it a little but I think it is worth it ;)
