Distiller (installed on the LiveCD) to make ebooks is at

I did this in rather a rush -- please advise if you catch any typos or 
errors.

Also -- this is a single HTML page, but it's presented as individual slides. 
Pressing F11 in Opera or Firefox will greatly enhance the viewing 
experience.
