I found an excellent book on ARM couple of weeks backwards (excellent as in content _and_ style, which doesn't happen very often): Steve Furber: ARM system-on-chip architecture, published by addison-wesley (2nd ed yr 2000). Yes, it's a bit dated, doesn't cover OMAP but covers ARM very nicely (all architectures up to ARM11). If you're more of the technically minded person, you'll like it. For ppl looking for "arm for dummies", this is definitely not the book. ak.
