This is a *MAEMO* dev-list. Koen may have sounded harsh, but he got that right. And Maemo is X/GTK+ based. Discussions about porting some other GUI/SDK/whatever should go elsewhere. It is simple as that. Of course, you suffered the effects of re-starting a flamewar you may have not been aware of in the first place, but I guess a good idea is to take a look at the mail-list archives beforehand. As for being the nastiest developer mailing list *ever*, you haven't read either Xfree or even the kernel mailing lists recently have you?
