Yes, indeed, I agree that this kind of documentation is
what should really be open. Actually there are many several other 
documents too
that should/could be added to the maemo.org as well (IMHO).
We had a very tight schedule with the maemo.org launch so
this kind of things can be missing as long as we manage to fix them.
We may need to discuss it intenally what documents shall be opened.
