[maemo-developers] [maemo-developers] hildon-input-method errors when starting maemo GUI

Hello,

I'm a novice here and tried to read through all the archives to fix my
problems before posting but I'm afraid I just can't eliminate all the
errors when starting the maemo GUI. I'm most worried about the CRITICAL
messages below. Any idea how serious they are and how to get rid of
them?

My host system is Gentoo, and I have the same errors both with Xnest and
Xvnc. They are set to use 16 bpp. Any idea is appreciated.
