Scarce info available, maybe someone knows better but I'd bet implementing a opengl sw renderer would be major PITA. Also, considering the real processing power of 770, it's usability would be quite limited. A more balanced 3D-rasterizer could probably be done without too much effort, but not opengl. a "hoping the next target device has opengl es and open vg" k.
