I think SQLite is a great choice - pretty full SQL implementation,  
single DB file, very small footprint <100K (I think?), easy to  
compile C source.  It is also being compiled in with PHP 5.  Come  
with Mac OS X, etc.  Might be a great choice to have included on the  
700.  Could/should be part of maemo or "Internet Tablet 2005/6".

How do we ask Nokia to include this as a dynamic library that we ALL  
could use?
