You have to modify an active USB hub so that a voltage of +5 V (from the power supply, perhaps) is fed back to the VBUS line on the connector going to the 770. Otherwise the hub won't recognize the host (in this case 770) being present. On the 770 we don't have the capability of driving the VBUS line. After the modification, all the peripherals connected to the hub should work just fine. We've tried it out at least with USB mass storage devices, input devices, Ethernet dongles and USB-to-RS-232 converters. Cheers, Juha
