I don't think so. There are issues for ALSA on ARM.
You can google alsa mailing list with ALSA on ARM or
something like that. So, I believe OSS will be
there...

But recently Nico on linux-arm seems to working on pxa
board for ALSA based audio driver.

Don't know. But I like to make guesses: tsc2101 or
next version of it.
