Hi Chris

First of all, how did you compile it?  You should be specifying correct
values for makefiles/target.mk:
  TARGET_ARCH=maemo
  UI_TYPE=maemo
  TARGET_STATUS=release

(you will need libenca-dev for successful compilation though).

As for the "Add File to Library", you should see other directories (if
you got to '/', then at least 'home' should be visible, if it's not,
that'd require additional investigation).  While runing this dialog,
program should show you all directories plus files with all known
extensions (e.g.  .html, .zip, .txt, etc).

Me and several of my colleagues are using it on a regular basis.  There
are two "features" that are missing compared to other variants:
 * key configuration
 * proper package (for Application Installer in this case)

I spent some time last weekend on the second part, and it seems to be
[finally] progressing.  So I'd expect the package to be available
publically as soon as the first feature is done as well.
