Are you familliar with the changes between 0.8 > and 0.9 for plugin writers? I was getting at 0.8. The ivorbis plugin doesn't play nice with playbin, while other plugins do (the mad one). This is currently stopping GPE from having reliable ogg support on arm based handhelds.
