I didn't write a Hildon-specific binding yet.
The binaries should work on any ARM/Linux box with the same ABI as
Debian and the Nokia 770 (I indeed just copied them from my Debian/ARM
box).
I don't know the details about Linux/GPE, but the requirements are
pretty much:
*) glibc 2.3.2 and pthreads (no idea if uclib etc are bin compat with it)
*) libglib 2.4.x+
*) libgtk+ 2.4.x+ (for Gtk# apps)
*) FPA floating-point model (either hw support or kernel-emulated)
