While downloading the new bin image, I read the end user agreement for
to this download.
While IANAL, it seems that this agreement restricts the usage of the
LGPL and GPL software, which is a violation of both licenses.

Among other things:

(End user agreement)
"You may make one copy of the Software on magnetic media as an archival
backup copy, provided Your archival backup copy is not installed or
used on any computer. Any other copies You make of the Software are in
violation of this Agreement."
"You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble, or
otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software (except
to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by law)
or create derivative works based on the Software."


the LGPL:
"To protect your rights, we need to make restrictions that forbid
distributors to deny you these rights or to ask you to surrender these
rights. These restrictions translate to certain responsibilities for
you if you distribute copies of the library or if you modify it."
"if you distribute copies of such a program, whether gratis or for a
fee, you must give the recipients all the rights that you have."
"You may copy and distribute the Library (or a portion or derivative
of it, under Section 2) in object code or executable form under the
terms of Sections 1 and 2 above provided that you accompany it with
the complete corresponding machine-readable source code, which must be
distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium
customarily used for software interchange."
