I've been working on porting an NTP client to the 770 (chrony) and that was the easy part. But thanks to the people on this list, I was able to finish a daemon that monitors DBUS "status_changed" messages and executes a script accordingly. The comments I got here were right on, I appreciate the help. I need it. I'll be posting the source shortly for comments and was hoping for some feedback about better integration with gtk (as well as syslog and error handling).
