Google returns subversion.tigris.org as first hit for both 'Subversion' and 'svn' as queries. I would recommend reading the Subversion book, which can be found in vicinity. Regarding Garage: The label at the bottom of the page https://garage.maemo.org/ tells us that the software in use is GForge.
