I think we need to distinguish between the 2 names (though I don't know what to call these two types of name). For instance, for gtkmm (which I am fairly sure is correct, because it's based on the Ubuntu/Debian package), it's in a gtkmm2.4 directory (not libgtkmm2.4): http://repository.maemo.org/contrib/pool/2.0/free/g/gtkmm2.4/ But the packages are (correctly) called libgtkmm*. For instance: http://repository.maemo.org/contrib/pool/2.0/free/g/gtkmm2.4/libgtkmm-2.4-dev_2.6.11-0maemo1_armel.deb So, the question is, why do your hildon-*mm packages appear in a libhildon*mm directory: http://repository.maemo.org/contrib/pool/2.0/free/libh/libhildon-fmmm/ instead of a hildon*mm directory. > Another question: Is it possible to remove packages from the repositry > because e.g they have a wrong name?
