Hi Alessandro, Are you in Brazil, right?! Why don't you request some help from PROCON? ( that means Consumer Protection Department, from whom is not in Brazil). ;-) I believe they can help you with your frustrations. As far as I understood, you are not interesting in improving anything here, you just want to "spread" your rage. When you buy something you already MUST know what you're buying.
