Hi, excuse me if this isn't quite the right place to ask this. I am new to the list. I am hoping to get into developing for the 770 soon (I am a dev by profession and have worked on Palm dev in the past) but as I am new to Linux I am starting by learning to cope with that first. I also like tinkering with hardware and have made myself a nice little USB power box and have worked out the intricacies of gaining root mode and enabling USB host mode on my device. When I connect my USB keyboard however I have a problem where every key-press starts autorepeating immediately. The keyboard itself works fine in other devices. The box also allows me to mount USB keyring type drives to the device. I know host mode isn't officially supported on the device but I am wondering if there is a way to change the key repeat rate or generally fiddle with the configuration or settings to be able to get the keyboard working? I did find there are some Linux commands (kbdrate I think?) commonly used for such things but they aren't supported on the 770. The odd thing is other people using USB keyboards through similar hacks say on theirs they only get the occasional stuck repeating keys. I do want to try an alternative USB keyboard with the device and my power box sometimes to see how that behaves but I haven't got another keyboard to try yet. Thanks!
