I think we're more or less following the same scheme as Ubuntu, just
replace 'ubuntu' with 'maemo' (Please avoid using 'osso' both in the
version as well as package names. We're using it for packages we've been
modifying, so it would be nice if we didn't overload its meaning.)

Currently, I think, the 'distribution' and 'urgency' fields in
changelogs are ignored, but that might change.

It is helpful in that it gives an idea where a package is coming from,
or in which debian "compatible" distribution it's likely to work. Though
for maemo "native" applications like maemo-mapper it might be redundant.
Something to think about, I guess.
