TI doesn't have any docs for the omap 1710 or whatever it is, but it has been said that the individual omap 15x0 and DSP programming information is compatible, and there's a freeware linux compiler and the DSP Gateway package. It would be nice if Nokia supported this stuff better of course, but it remains for someone on the free side to actually try and write something and verify that what's been released is in fact sufficient as claimed, and then write a howto. -r P.S.
