Unfortunately no (without debugging your program), except that this
issue seems to be really tricky and you need to get a lot of arbitrary
details right and then it suddenly works...

I am not even sure if services with a prefix other than "com.nokia."
are supported at all.  You might try a "com.nokia." prefix and if that
works but not your own prefix, yell loudly.
