Sounds like you are not running the program with "run-standalone.sh program", it sets up the proper environment variables for dbus etc. It's not needed on the device if you use the xterm since it inherits the environment from maemo-af-desktop (but it is needed if you ssh in the device for example). -- Kalle Vahlman, zuh at iki.fi Powered by http://movial.fi Interesting stuff at http://syslog.movial.fi
