The command I have used is #export DISPLAY=127.0.0.1:2,
 So I think that my Xephyr is running on display ':2'
How can I change resolution of Maemo (not the size of Xephyr)?

If you have Xephyr running on display ':1', you can change it's screen
dimensions using xrandr like this :

xrandr -d :1 -s 320x240+0+0
