Depends what you call "running properly". Things like scketch and
notes should work just fine (maybe not the toolbar though). The most
notable problem is statusbar overlapping with the title area. The size
could be adjusted in the matchbox theme, but statusbar probably won't
take it well...

And for filemanager, email, rss-feed reader and that sort of apps,
well... The two-paned design is not the optimal one in limited space.
