[maemo-developers] [maemo-developers] 770 display failure workaround

Hi,
     What I mean to say is, it's a Hardware failure...but with a 
software workaround...so it's a software failure not to handle the 
potential hardware failure.

But obviously the powers that be don't agree.

I say put the code in the official kernel image...

Or?
