Hi all,

I'm working on d-bus flite with gstreamer. I've implemented a flite 
gstreamer-0.8 plugin that works perfectly under scratchbox and out from it, 
but I'm not able to get the plugin working into the device. The package 
installer doesn't allow neither to install the plugin 
in /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.8  nor to install it in /home/user/.gstreamer-0.8

could I install the plugin without putting the device in R&D mode or without 
waiting for maemo 2.0 release? :)

This is the patch for official flite-1.3 release: 
http://moimart.org/stuff/maemo-flite-gst-.0.0.1.patch

(In order to build the patch, you must build flite before and enter the folder 
maemo-gst-0.0.1 and build it (autogen.sh && make) .)
